摘    要:为探索竹生物制浆的适宜条件,该文研究了5种碳源对白腐菌降解竹基质中木质纤维素的影响。结果表明,外加碳源刺激菌丝生长,白腐菌对竹基质中不同组分的降解程度因外加碳源的种类而异;纤维素降解率对白腐菌降解木质素和半纤维素的选择性起着关键的影响;10%葡萄糖、5%木聚糖和10%麸皮都能显著提高木质素和半纤维素的选择性系数,其中5%木聚糖的效果最好;木质素和半纤维素的降解选择性系数从12 .91分别上升到41.45和78.83;添加复杂碳源麸皮和玉米秆粉对白腐菌降解竹子中木质素和半纤维素的促进作用可能是木质素降解酶、小分子物质及共代谢多种途径共同作用的结果。总之,在利用白腐菌进行竹生物制浆时适当添加富含半纤维素的物质有利于提高效率,降低成本。

Abstract:To obtain suitable conditions for bamboo biopulping, the effects of five kinds of carbon resources on bamboo degradation by a white-rot fungus Coriolus versicolor were investigated in this paper. The results showed that the selective coefficient of lignin degradation was significantly influenced by cellulose degradation. Mycelial growth was greatly stimulated by different carbon resources, while the effects on lignocellulose degradation differed among different carbon resources. The selective coefficients of lignin and hemicellulose degradation were significantly enhanced by 10% glucose, 10% wheat bran and 5% xylan, and a maximum enhancement was achieved when 5 % xylan was added in the medium. Under this condition, the selective coefficients of lignin and hemicellulose degradation were enhanced from 12.91 to 41.45 and 78.83, respectively. Ligninolytic enzymes, small molecules and co-metabolism might contribute to the enhancement of lignin and hemicellulose degradation caused by adding wheat bran and cornstalk. In a word, it is advantageous for improving efficiency and lowing cost to add hemicellulose when bamboo biopulping.
