稻谷摩擦特性研究

摘    要:为研究稻谷的摩擦特性,以3个稻种为研究对象,测定其在各种含水率下的三轴尺寸(长径、宽径、高径)、谷粒和谷粒碎末的最大静摩擦角,为水分在线检测装置采样器设计提供参数依据。研究结果表明,稻谷的三轴尺寸随着含水率的增加而增大,其中长径变化最小,宽径次之,高径变化最大;同一品种同一含水率的稻谷的三轴尺寸无显著性差异,不同稻种之间则均有显著性差异;稻谷、稻谷碎末与塑料板(ABS)、铁板的摩擦因数均受含水率显著影响,且其摩擦因数随着含水率的增大均呈线性增加,稻谷与铁板的摩擦因数大于与塑料板的摩擦因数。

Abstract:In order to investigate the frictional characteristic of the grain,three varieties of grain were selected as the subject investigated.The experimental data,including 3-axes sizes(length,width,height) of the grain with different moisture content and the maximum static friction angle of the grain and the grain scraps,provide the parameter basis of the sampler designing of online moisture measuring device.The investigation resulte showed that the 3-axes sizes of the grain increased depending on the increasing ...
