乳酸菌素对犊牛血液指标影响的研究

摘    要:研究选用健康黑白花公犊牛32头,采用单因素随机实验设计,平均分为4组,每组8头,通过在犊牛日粮中添加不同水平乳酸菌素,研究其对犊牛血液指标的影响。结果表明乳酸菌素对血清中总蛋白、尿素氮和血糖的影响不显著;血清中甘油三酯的含量随日粮中乳酸菌素含量的增加而降低,其中T4组与T1组比较差异极显著(P0.01),降低了48.17%。乳酸菌素对IgG的影响较大;IgM的含量随乳酸菌素的增加而升高;IL-1和TNF-α的含量实验组与对照组比较差异不显著;IFN-γ的含量T2组与T1组没有显著差异,T3组与T1组比较差异显著(P0.05),T4组与T1组比较差异极显著(P0.01),达到203.13μg·mL-1。通过实验确定乳酸菌素在犊牛日粮中适宜的添加量为30~40 g,进而能增强犊牛机体免疫功能。

Abstract:32 healthy male calves were chose to study. Using the single factor experiment design to divide into 4 groups,each group had 8 cows. To add the different levels of lactobacillus in calves' diet,the influences on blood parameters of calves was studied after feeding lactobacillus. The results showed that the effects of lactobacillus were not significant in serum total protein,urea nitrogen and blood sugar,and the content of triglyceride in blood serum reduced with the increasing levels of lactobacillus. In the experiment,group T4 and group T1 had extremely significant differences(P〈0.01)and reduced 48.17%. Lactobacillus had the bigger influence on IgG. The content of IgM in serum increased with the increasing of lactobacillus. In IL-1 and TNF-a,the experimental group compared with the control group had not significant differences. There was not significant differences between group T2 and group T1 on the content of IFN-y,and the differences between group T3 and group T1 were significant(P〈0.05),and group T4 and group T1 had extremely significant differences(P〈0.01)and reached 203.13 μg·mL-1. Through the experiments,the suitable adding amount of lactohacillin was 30~40 g in the calves' diet and could enhance calves immune function.
