摘    要:以2年生卫矛为试材,设置5个氮水平,研究了追肥对卫矛生理特性的影响。结果表明:30 g·株-1处理SOD活性最高在5~9月份与对照之间差异显著;30 g·株-1处理POD活性在6~9月份处于最高值,6、9月份显著高于对照;30 g·株-1处理PPO活性6~9月份处于最高值,显著高于对照,20 g·株-1处理在7~9月份显著低于30 g·株-1处理;可溶性蛋白含量30 g·株-1,处理6~9月份显著高于对照。综合分析认为,30 g·株-1处理效果最佳。

Abstract:Using 2 years old Euonymus alatu(Thunb.)Sieb as materials,the test set up 5 nitrogen levels and studied the physiological characteristics effect of Euonymus alatu(Thunb.)Sieb under the condition of top dressing. The results showed that 30 g·plant^-1treatment SOD of the highest activity had significant differences with the control from 5 to 9 month,30 g·plant^-1 treatment POD activity was highest from 6 to 9 month and significantly higher than the control from 6 to 9 month,30 g·plant^-1 treatment PPO activity was highest from 6 to 9 month and significantly higher than the control;20 g·plant^-1treatment was lower than 30 g·plant^-1from 7 to 9,30 g·plant^-1 treatment soluble protein content significantly was higher than the control from 6 to 9 month. The comprehensive analysis showed that 30 g·plant^-1treatment was best.
