基于SolidWorks的水稻育秧土混拌机混拌筒虚拟样机设计及有限元仿真研究

摘    要:在混拌机的结构设计中,最繁琐、最困难的任务就是运动机构的设计和零部件的强度校核。传统的方法是通过轨迹图法或根据几何约束条件建立方程组来求解,但是这种设计比较繁琐,而且设计工作不够直观,设计结果不能尽如人意。研究提出利用SolidWorks软件进行自落式混拌机混拌筒虚拟样机的设计及有限元仿真的分析。研究结果表明,利用三维设计技术有利于提高设计质量,缩短开发时间。

Abstract:In the structural design of the mixer,the most complicated and difficult task is to design movement mechanism and parts strength check. The traditional way utilized the trajectory diagram or established the trajectories based on the geometric constraints of equations to solve,but this design was more complicated and non-intuitive design,and the design results could not be satisfactory.The research method was put forward to design of the virtual prototype self-falling on mixer mixing barrel and the finite element simulation analysis by using SolidWorks software. The results showed that the application of three-dimensional design techniques could be helpful to improve design quality and shorten development time.
