基于有限元法的多级离心消防泵的泵轴强度分析

摘    要:应用Solidworks2010软件对BJL5型森林消防泵的泵轴进行了几何造型,并通过泵轴工作状态下的约束和载荷,采用传统的强度计算方法和Simulation工具对该泵轴进行强度分析,得到相应的应力和变形结果,验证了有限元分析方法的正确性和时效性,可为该泵轴的设计和制造工艺提供参考。

Abstract:The 3D molding design for the shaft of BJL5 fire pump is conducted based on the software Solidworks2010 and the strength of the pump shaft is analyzed through the constraints and load of the shaft in operation,traditional strength calculation methods and Simulation tools,with correspondent stress and deformation results obtained and the correctness and timeliness of finite element analysis methods verified,which can provide reference for the design and manufacturing process of the shaft.
