大豆SOD及其与大豆品质的关系

摘    要:10个杂交大豆品种的种子超氧物歧化酶(SOD)比活力,低于父母本或介于其父母本之间。杂交品种与父本呈低度正相关,与母本呈中度负相关。18个大豆品种种子SOD比活力与大豆油分含量呈极显著负相关,与蛋白质、亚麻酸含量、植株生育日数呈显著正相关。

Abstract:The results of SOD activity of eighteen soybean varieties showed that the SOD activity was negatively and significantly related with the oil content and was positively and significantly related with the characters of protein content,linolenic acid content and plant age.SOD activity of hybrids was lower than that of their corresponding parents.
