| 摘 要： | 探讨了苦楝Melia azadarach果的乙醇粗提物对斜纹夜蛾Spodoptera litura 5龄幼虫取食行为的影响。结果表明,经苦楝果乙醇粗提物处理后的斜纹夜蛾5龄幼虫,其10h内发生的取食活动和取食问间隔的次数减少,平均每次取食活动和取食时间间隔持续的时间延长;在每次取食活动中,用于取食的时间明显减少,这反映苦楝果乙醇粗提物能显著影响斜纹夜蛾的取食行为。

| Abstract: | The effect of alcohol extracts from Melia azadarach fruit on the feeding behavior of the fifth instar larvae of Spodoptera litura were studied. The tests of fifth larvae of Spodoptera litura fed by leaves which were previously treated by alcohol extracts from Melia azadarach fruit were quantitatively described in continual observation for 10 hours in laboratory. The result showed that the temporal feeding patterns of the five larvae which were treated with alcohol extracts from Mela azadarach fruit were different from those untreated. The meal length, the net time spent eating in a meal, the inter-feeding gap and the inter-feeding gap length differed significantly from those untreated. |
