鸡第三脑室接触脑脊液神经元研究

用HRP追踪法、高尔基技术和免疫组化方法研究了鸡第三脑室接触脑脊液神经元的结构、分布和化学性质.结果证实,鸡第三脑室的接触脑脊液神经元主要分布在室旁器、乳头体隐窝、漏斗隐窝顶壁和侧壁的室管膜,散在于室周区、室旁核、视前大细胞核以及弓状核.接触脑脊液神经元可分为4种类型:室管膜上神经元、室管膜内神经元、室管膜下神经元和远位神经元.这些神经元含有神经肽——VP和OT.提示第三脑室接触脑脊液神经元有直接释放OT和VP的功能.

Studies of the Cerebrospinal Fluid-contacting Neurons of the Third Cerebral Ventricle in Chicken

The horseradish peroxidase tracing procedure, Golgi's technique and immunohis-tochemical method were simultaneously employed to study the cerebrospinal fluid-contacting neurons of the third cerebral ventricle in chicken. The results showed that the bodies and processes of these neurons mainly distribute in the paraventricular organ and ependyma of dorsal and lateral walls of mammllary recessus and infundibular recessus and scatter in periventricular area, paraventricular nucleus, megacellular preoptic nucleus and arcuate nucleus. The cerebrospinal fluid-contacting neurons can be divided into 4 types, namely superependymal neurons, in-traependymal neurons, subependymal neurons and distal neurons. These neurons contain nerve peptides, oxytocin (OT) and vasopressin (VP) , which implies that they have the functions of directly releasing OT and VP.
