异氰酸酯稻草刨花板制造工艺的研究

摘    要:利用自制的异氰酸酯胶粘剂YQJ-A,通过正交试验和单因子试验,优化出了制造满足国家标准的稻草刨花板的热压工艺;通过详细的研究表明,密度、施胶量和施蜡量是影响稻草刨花板各主要性能的重要因素,刨花的含水率主要影响吸水厚度膨胀率;试验中还发现,受潮的稻草刨花板在阴湿环境中,易受多种霉菌侵蚀。

Abstract:Through multi-factor orthogonal experiment and single-factor experiment, an optimum technological condition for manufacturing rice-straw particleboard with self-made isocyanate resin was obtained. The board met the requirements of the national standard. The research showed that hard density, resin consumption and wax consumption were the most affecting factors, and the moisture content of particles affected mainly the thickness swell. It was also revealed that in sunless and wet condition wet rice straw particleboards were easy to be attacked by fungi.
