摘    要:以云南藜蒿幼叶、嫩茎外植体及再分化的愈伤组织为供试材料,采用常规的石蜡制片法制片,对其进行细胞组织学研究。结果表明,藜蒿幼叶、嫩茎愈伤组织的形成经历了启动期、分裂期和形成期;嫩茎愈伤组织的来源有两种:第一种是由表皮及以下多处皮层薄壁细胞脱分化而产生;第二种是由切口处维管组织周围基本组织的薄壁细胞脱分化产生;藜蒿愈伤组织芽分化大多数为外起源。

Abstract:Through the paraffin used conventional film producer legal system,there conducted tissue study on Artemisia selengensis,with child leaf,stem explants and further differentiation of callus for the tested materials.The research indicated that chenopodium album leaves of Artemisia selengensis,callus formation soft experienced start-up period,period and the formation of split.There were two kind of source of the young stem.The first kind is dedifferentiate from the cortical parenchyma cells of the epidermis and its below;the second kind is dedifferentiate from the parenchyma cells of the basic tissue around the vascular tissue at the incision.The bud of the Artemisia selengensis callu differentiation belongs to external origination.
