| 摘 要： | 本文报道一种简单、得率较高、有较大实用价值的CM_(52)纤维素柱层析分离纯化多磷酸肌醇磷脂的方法。该法可从每克牛脑(湿重)中分得磷脂酰肌醇-4-单磷酸0.2mg,磷脂酰肌醇-4,5-二磷酸1.2mg。

| Abstract: | Bovine brain were homogenized,extracted,and polyphosphoinositides were isolated with CM52 - cellulose column by linear gradient with CHCl3:MeOH(1 : 1 v/v)to CHCl3:MeOH:water(5 : 10 : 4 v/v). This method is simple and effective. |
