南方红豆杉扦插成活研究

摘    要:[目的] 筛选适应南方红豆杉扦插的最佳基质。[方法] 选用南方红豆杉优良母树50%以下的部位,剪取1年生或当年生半木质化枝条,剪成8~10 cm长的插穗。设清水沙、黄心土、紫石与清水沙混合(1∶1)、珍珠岩粉与清水沙混合(1∶1)4种基质,进行不同基质扦插繁育对比试验。[结果]4种基质中,从生根成活来看,以清水沙为基质的扦插成活率最高,达82.33%,其次是紫石与清水沙混合和珍珠岩粉与清水沙混合,扦插成活率分别为59.33%和42.67%,黄心土的扦插成活率最低(36.67%);从成本核算来看,以黄心土的扦插成本最低,其次是清水沙,而另2种混合基质的成本是清水沙的2倍。[结论]清水沙有利于南方红豆杉插穗的生根。综合考虑认为,南方红豆杉的扦插以清水沙为最佳基质。

Abstract:[Objective] The study aimed to screen the optimum matrix that was suitable for cutting of Taxus chinensis.[Method] With above 50% part of good female tress of T.chinensis as the tested material,its semi-lignified branches of 1-year or the same year were taken to be sheared into the cuttings at the length of 8-10 cm.4 kinds of matrixes of clearwater sand,yellow soil,blend of purple stone and clearwater sand(1∶1)and the blend of perlite powder and clearwater sand(1∶1)were set up to conduct the comparative test on cutting propagation with different matrixes.[Result] Among 4 kinds of matrixes,as for rooting survival,the cutting survival rate was highest with clearwater sand as the matrix,being 82.33%,that with blend of perlite stone and clearwater sand and the blend of perlite powder and clearwater sand were followed,with the cutting survival rate being 59.33% and 42.67% resp.and that with yellow soil was lowest(36.67%).As for cost accounting,the cutting cost with yellow soil was lowest,that with the clearwater sand was next and that with other two blend matrixes were 2 times of clearwater sand.[Conclusion] The clearwater sand favored the rooting of T.chinensis cuttings,so it was suggested through considering comprehensively that the clearwater sand was the optimum matrix for cutting of T.chinensis.
