摘    要:目的]研究蒲公英水提物对脂多糖LPS诱导小鼠急性肺损伤(ALI)炎症介质及抗氧化能力的影响。方法]LPS滴鼻建立小鼠ALI模型,设空白组、模型组、蒲公英剂量(2.5、5.0、10.0 mg/kg)组和地塞米松(0.5 mg/kg)组。测定肺组织中超氧化物岐化酶SOD含量,检测肺泡支气管灌洗液中INF-γ、NO、PGE2含量。结果]蒲公英水提物可增强LPS诱导的ALI小鼠肺组织SOD的释放,降低BALF中炎症介质INF-γ、NO、PGE2的含量。结论]为蒲公英的开发利用提供理论依据。

Abstract:Objective]The aime was to study the effects of of aqueous extract of dandelion on inflammatory mediators and anti-oxidative capacity in mice with acute lung injury induced by lipopolysaccharide.Method] Models of ALI were established by intranasal instillation of LPS,mice were randomly divided into control group,model group,dandelion(2.5,5.0,10.0 mg/kg) groups and dexamethasone(0.5 mg/kg) group.SOD activity of the lung tissues was determined,INF-γ,NO and PGE2 levels in bronchoalveolar lavage fluid(BALF) were measured.Result] The results showed that different concentrations of aqueous extract of dandelion could enhance the release of SOD in lung tissues,and decreased the content of information media of INF-γ,NO and PGE2 levels in BALF in ALI mice.Condusion]The study provided the theovetical basis for the development and utilization of dandelion.
