植物重金属毒害作用机理研究进展

摘    要:重金属是重要的环境污染物质,受重金属胁迫,植物种子萌发、生长发育、植物细胞膜透性、光合作用、土壤微生物活性及植物体内化学成分都发生改变。因此,重金属污染严重影响作物的品质和质量,并通过生物链放大作用进一步对人类和环境造成危害。针对目前的植物重金属毒害作用机理研究进展作一综述,为减轻重金属对植物体的伤害,躲避重金属风险提供理论依据。

Abstract:Heavy metal is one of the most pollutants in environment.When plant is influenced by the toxicity of heavy metals,the germination and development of the plant seed,permeability and photosynthesis of cell envelope,microbial activity of soil,chemical components of plant are all changed a lot.Consequently,the heavy metal pollution does serious harm to crop yields and qualities,and does serious harm to human and environment by the amplified action of biological chain.The toxic mechanism of heavy metal against plant was concentrated in the paper,which would be helpful to alleviate poison and avoid hazard of heavy metal contamination.
