黄珠子草提取工艺研究

摘    要:[目的]优选黄珠子草的提取工艺条件。[方法]利用高效液相色谱法(HPLC),分别测定水煎煮液、乙醇提取液中槲皮素的含量,并采用正交试验优选最佳提取工艺。[结果]黄珠子草最佳提取方法是乙醇提取法。最佳提取工艺条件为:6倍量70%乙醇,提取3次,每次3 h。[结论]乙醇提取法优于水煎煮法,所选工艺条件合理、可行。
