| 摘 要： | 基层林业工作站在实施通榆生态发展战略中发挥着重要作用,然而长期以来,吉林省通榆县大多数林业站存在管理体制不顺、经费无保障的问题,制约了县林业事业的发展.解决好上述问题,直接关系到林业队伍稳定和人员素质提高,关系到林业改革与发展大计,关系到通榆生态发展战略的顺利实施.

| Abstract: | Basic level forestry workstation in the implementation of the Tongyu strategy of ecological development plays an important role,however long-term since,my county forestry station exists in most management system is not smooth,no funds security problem,restricted the development of the cause of my county forestry.To solve the above problems,directly related to the forestry team stability and improve the quality of personnel,related to the forestry reform and development,matter to Tongyu ecological development strategy smoothly. |
