| 摘 要： | 自建国以来,滨州市的农田水利设施经过五十多年的建设基本上形成了灌溉、防洪、排涝等较为完整的水利工程体系,奠定了滨州市经济社会发展的良好基础.改革开放后,滨州市对农田水利设施的管理方式进行了改革探索尝试,取的了一些有益的经验.

| Abstract: | Since this country was founded,binzhou of farmland water conservancy facilities after 50 years of construction basically formed irrigation,flood control,drainage and relatively complete water conservancy engineering system,binzhou city laid a good foundation for economic and social development.After the reform and opening,binzhou to irrigation and water conservancy facilities management mode reform attempt to explore,take some beneficial experience. |
