新农村建设背景下的农民专业合作经济组织发展研究

农民专业合作经济组织的发展是解决“三农”问题的重要途径,是新农村建设的重要保证。文章分析了影响农民专业合作经济组织发展的因素有:政府的参与程度、方式与定位;农户的认识程度;内部制度建设;牵头兴办人等。文章提出了促进农民专业合作经济组织发展措施:加强政府的指导和扶持;组织培训,普及合作组织知识,规范农民专业合作组织的运作模式;完善农民专业合作经济组织的内部运行机制;促进人才培养、转移,支持技术研发、引进等。

On The Develop Problem of Peasant Professional Cooperatives Based on the Construction on New Socialism Countryside

The development of Peasant Professional Cooperatives is an important solution to agriculture,countryside and peasants,it is an important guarantee to the Construction of New Socialism Countryside.At present,the factors which impact the development of the Peasant Profession Cooperatives are the degree,way and location of the government involvement;the under-standing level of the peasants;the construction of internal systems;the leaders of Cooperatives and so on.In order to develop the Cooperatives we make such measures like strengthening the instructions and supports of the government;training the knowledge of the Cooperatives,standardizing the operation mode of the Cooperatives;improving the internal operational mechanism of Co-operatives;promoting the training of talents,and supporting the research and introduction of technology.
