家蚕新突变型第二h斑油的遗传分析

摘    要:家蚕自然突变第二h班油 (mottledtranslucenth2 )的形态特征为 :幼虫皮肤中低度透明 ,遍布不透明的白色小斑点。遗传分析结果 :①第二h斑油蚕为隐性基因突变 ;②与橙色卵 (ci)连锁遗传 ,第二h斑油基因属于第 2 0连锁群 ,基因座位 (2 0 - 0 .0 ) ,命定其基因符号为ohm2 ;③确定此座位上 4个等位基因的显隐关系为 :+ >ohm>ohm2 >oh。

Abstract:Second mottled translucent h2 - a newly discovered spontaneous mutant in silkworm (Bombyx mori L.) is morphologically characterized by dimly translucent skin of the larvae mottled by opaque white spots. Genetic analysis showed it to be a recessive mutation and linked with ci (orange egg). The gene responsible for this character is found to be located at 20-0.0 in the 20 th linkage group and is now designated as oh m2 . The dominant-recessive relationship of the 4 alleles at the locus is +> oh m > oh m2 >oh.
