摘    要:本文研究氯化钠对γ辐射诱发水稻M_2代突变的修饰效应。结果表明,氯化钠无论是前处理还是后处理都能提高γ辐射诱发水稻M-2代幼苗叶绿素缺失突变,抽穗期和株高突变频率,以提高早抽穗期和株高突变频率最为显著。结论认为,氯化钠作为一种辐射保护剂,与γ射线复合处理既可以减轻M_1代辐射损伤效应,又可提高M_2代突变频率,这种复合处理方式在育种实践中是有意义的。247~251

Abstract:Modification effects of sodium chloride on mutation induced by gamma-rays in M2 generation of rice were investigated. Results showed that mutation frequencies of chrolophyll deficient seedlings, heading date and plant height of rice plant, were increased either by the pretreatmentf or the post-treatments of sodium chloride, especially the early heading date and plant height showd the most significant increase. It was concluded that the combined treatments of sodium chloride as a protective agent with gamma-rays could reduce the damage effects of radiation on Ml generation of rice plant, and increase mutation frequency in M2 generation.
