摘    要:对采自新疆不同地域及引自国内外其他地区的106份狗牙根材料开展SRAP标记研究。结果表明:14对SRAP引物共扩增产生133条带,其中,123条显示多态性,多态位点百分率为92.5%;106份狗牙根材料的GS值在0.36~0.94,平均为0.65,各供试材料之间差异明显,具有较为丰富的遗传多样性;聚类分析表明,106份供试材料相似系数为0.50时可被聚为3类,聚类结果与地理来源有一定的相关性。

Abstract:The genetic diversity of Cynodon dactylon from Xinjiang was investigated by using 106 materials through SRAP marker.133 bands were amplified by 14 pairs of informative and reliable primers,of which 123 were polymorphic,the percentage of polymorphic sites was 92.5%;Genetic similarity(GS) of 48 materials ranges from 0.36 to 0.94,the average was 0.65.The variation among all materials was obvious,which showed that the genetic diversity was high.This data illustrated that the genetic variation within population was larger than among populations.The general clustering consequences indicated that 106 materials were classified into three groups when the similarity coefficient was 0.50,the classification results was correlated with geographical distribution,but some materials were except.
