摘    要:采用Agilent 1100液相色谱仪,紫外可变波长检测器(VWD)液相色谱法测定西红柿中辛硫磷的残留量。结果表明:其添加回收率在82.0%~97.6%,变异数小于5.62%,符合国家农药残留量测定方法的要求。将此方法用于测定西红柿中辛硫磷的残留量,检测过程简便、快速。

Abstract:A method for determination Phoxim residue in tomato was studied with Agilent 1100 Liquid chromatography with VWD detection.The results showed that the recovery rate of Phoxim was between 82.0% and 97.6%,the coefficient of variation was less than 5.62%.The results of this test had met the requirement of national method of pesticide residue analysis.The method is simple,feasible and reliable.
