| 摘 要： | 阐述了晋中市实施水利人才战略的紧迫性,结合市水利系统人力资源的实际情况,从人才的内涵进行了系统分析,提出晋中市水利行业在新一轮改革开放中有所发展、有所突破、有所创新的关键是要有人才队伍,只有加大实施人才战略的力度,给人才创造一个宽松的成长环境,才能使人才队伍发挥其专业所长,晋中市的水利事业迅速、健康、蓬勃地发展。

| Abstract: | According to the actual situation of human resources of water conservancy system in Jinzhong City,the paper elaborates on the urgency of following the strategy of water conservancy talents and carries on the systematic analysis of the connotation of talent.Then,it presents that talent is the key of water conservancy industry's innovation.Only by implementing talent strategy,the water conservancy industry of Jinzhong City can develop healthily and vigorously. |
