不同日龄发育鸡胚淀粉酶Amy-1多态性分析

摘    要:本试验分析测定了不同日龄发育鸡胚淀粉酶Amy-1多态性及胚内蛋黄淀粉酶Amy-1多态性,结果显示鸡胚淀粉酶amy-1电泳区带在中期(天龄)开始即定下来;天龄鸡胚淀粉酶any-1分布处于Harar-Weinberg平衡,及天龄后鸡胚淀粉酶Amy-1分布则偏离Hardy-Weinberg平衡。结果初步说明蛋黄淀粉酶Amy-1与鸡胚淀粉酶Amy-1并不属同一淀粉酶。

Abstract:Amylase Amy-1 polymorphisms in developmental chicken embryos at various agesand in the yolk within chicken embryos were studied in this experiment. The results sho-wed that electrophoretic patterns of amylase Amy-1 had been stable after day-hatc-hing and tliat aniylase Amy-1 distribution in developmental chicken embryos at the agesfromto days was in the Hardy-Weinberg equilibrium and that at the ages ofand after days was deviated from HardyWeinberg equilibrium. The resu-lts also showed that amylase Amy-1 in the yolk was different from that in the chickenembryos.
