在循环经济理念下的西部地区开发

采用循环经济理念是西部实现和谐发展的唯一手段。西部作为我国的生态屏障,生态环境已十分脆弱,承担不起“先污染,后治理”的高代价,必须改变传统经济发展模式,发展循环经济,走科技含量高,经济效益好,资源消耗低,环境污染少的新型工业化道路。笔者应用循环经济理论分析了西部地区发展循环经济的必要性,并提出了相应对策。

Development of the Western Area in Theory of Circular Economy in China

Carrying out the development of the western area is a significant strategy that coordinates regional economical development.Adopting circular economical concept is the only way to realize western area harmonious development.The western area was regarded as ecological protective region in our country.Ecological environment was fragile.It can't take on the high cost of "developing economy in spite of damaging the environment before taking measures to make up",the traditional development mode must be changed and the circular economy must be developed.In the article the advantage of the circular economical theory was analyzed and the corresponding measures were put forward.
