| 摘 要： | 实验结果表明，紫外吸光光度法测定敌霉烟剂中主要有效成分ＴＢＺ含量可获得较好的精密度、准确度。平均偏差为０．０４％，回收率为８５％￣９２％，本法亦可做为其他制剂中ＴＢＺ含量的测定方法。

| Abstract: | The research results showed that the content of chief effective compostion TBZ in the product DiMei yan Ji could be determined by the ultraviolet aborption spectrophotometrhy. The better precision and accuracy could be obtained. The mean deviation is 0. 041 % and the recovery rate was 85 % ~92 %. The method could also be used to determine TBZ content in other products. |
