天甲橡胶改性陶土与NR的相互作用

摘    要:用天甲橡胶(MG49)改性陶土。通过IR、SEM及结合胶含t、表观交联密度、界面作用表征值、姗变和力学性能的测定,研究改性陶土与NR的相互作用及改性效果。结果表明:MG49湿法改性陶土提高了混炼胶的结合胶含量,增加了材料的表观交联密度,增强了陶土与NR间界面的作用强度,改善了硫化胶的网络结构,提高了硫化胶的力学性能

Abstract:The clay was modified with MG49 and then blended with natural rubber. The interaction between the modified clay and NR and the modifying effect were studied through IRand SEM observation, and determination of the bound rubber content, the apparent crosslinkingdensity, the characterization value of the interaction strength of the boundary surface, the creepand the mechanical properties. The results showed that the MG49-modified clay (wet method)improved the bound rubber content, the apparent crosslinking density and the interactionstrength of the boundary surface between clay and NR as well as the network structure andthe mechanicalproperties of the vulcanizates.
