水分胁迫对荔枝叶片内源激素含量的影响

摘    要:以适应山地栽培抗旱性较强的东刘1号和适应河边栽培抗旱性较弱的陈紫2年生盆栽实生荔枝幼苗为试验材料,研究了水分胁迫对荔枝叶片内源激素含量的影 响。结果表明:水分胁迫下,荔枝叶片ABA含量上升,IAA和GA含量下降;抗旱性强的品种ABA含量上升的幅度,IAA和GA+,含量下降的幅度均大于抗旱性弱的品种 。ZR含量的变化与品种的抗旱性有关,抗旱性弱的品种叶片ZR含量上升,抗旱性强的品种叶片ZR含量下降

Abstract:The 2-year-old seedlings of two litchi varieties (Litchi chinensis Sonn.), one grow-ing on the river side (considered drought-sensitive) and the other on the hill (drought-resis-tant) were used to observe the effect of water stress on endogenous hormone content in litchileaves. Under water stress the content of ABA in litchi leaves increased in both varietiesbut more in the drought resistant vanety, and the content of IAA and GA1 3 in litchi leavesdecreased in both varieties but mure rapidly in the drought-resistant variety. The ZR contentin the litchi leaves, however, declined in drought-resistant variety but increased in thedrought-sensitive one.
