Infectivity of enzootic bovine leukosis infected animals during the incubation period |

| Abstract: | Steers and calves were experimentally infected with bovine leukosis virus. The virus was isolated from the blood and from the tracheal and bronchoalveolar washings before antibodies could be detected in the serum. Bovine leukosis virus was not detected during any period in the blood plasma. |
