摘 要: | 研究4种栽培措施在中度水分胁迫条件下的综合抗旱效果。木薯苗期干旱胁迫7 d后,测定干旱胁迫和正常供水条件下木薯的干物率、根冠比、叶片相对含水量、质膜透性、叶绿素、类胡萝卜素、可溶性糖、脯氨酸、可溶性蛋白含量,并对上述指标的抗旱系数进行主成分分析与综合评价。结果表明:前3项主成分的累积方差贡献率可反映原信息量的87.47%,不同处理的主成分分析综合得分排序为:2%石灰水浸种(0.773)施用保水剂(0.687)种茎蜡封(0.477)CK(0.249)。

Assessment on Drought Resistance Cultivation of Cassava Based on Principal Component Analysis |

Abstract: | The effect of drought resistance for 4 treatments was analyzed under moderate stress conditions in the paper.Content of dry matter,root to top ratio (R/T ratio),leaf relative water content,membrane permeability,chlorophyll,carotenoid,soluble sugar,proline and soluble protein content were measured at 7th day after drought stress and the drought-resistance effect of 4 treatments were analyzed by principal component analysis and comprehensive evaluation.The results showed that the cumulative variance contribution rate of three principle components were reflected the 87.47% of the original information.And the comprehensive score of principal component analysis in 4 treatments were as follows:2% of limewater soaked (0.773) > application of super absorbent polymers (0.687) > stem wax (0.477) > CK (0.249). |
