菜心生物技术研究进展

摘    要:菜心是一种菜薹类蔬菜,也是华南地区的特色和重要蔬菜。近年来,菜心的生物技术研究越来越受到重视,且取得较多的研究成果,但还未见系统的综述报道。综述了近年来菜心生物技术的研究进展,包括菜心离体再生培养体系,基因工程和分子标记等方面,并探讨了菜心生物技术研究中存在的问题和未来的研究动向。

Abstract:Flowering Chinese cabbage (Choi Sum) is an important stalk vegetable in South China. In recent years, more priorities have been given to the biotech research of Choi Sum, which has come up with many achievements, but no review was reported about the achievements. The biotech research progress in Choi Sum in recent years was reviewed, including in vitro culture, genetic engineering, molecular markers,etc.The problems arising from biotechnology and the future research interests of Choi Sum were discussed to provide reference for promotion of the biotech research of Choi Sum.
