节瓜耐热性指标的筛选与资源耐热性评价

摘    要:通过对其苗期相对电导率、疫病、病毒病、叶片萎蔫指数、发芽率及胚根生长速度测定的实验方法对35份节瓜自交系材料的耐热性鉴定和评价。实验结果表明:叶片萎蔫指数、苗期相对电导率、发芽率以及胚根生长速度、45℃处理存活率可以综合评价节瓜的耐热性,并且利用这几个指标评价了35份材料的耐热性。

Abstract:By determining the conductivities of seedling stage,phytophthora blight,virus disease,leaf wilting index,germination percentage and growth rate of radical,the identification of heat resistance of 35 Benincasa hispida cogn.var.chieh-qua materials was investigated.The results showed that leaf wilting index,the conductivities of seedling stage,germination percentage,growth rate of radical and survival rate under 45 temperature could be a comprehensive evaluation of heat resistance of B.hispida,and the heat resistance of the 35 materials was evaluated.
