| 摘 要： | 研究了甘蔗芽库基本特征,为进一步研究田间甘蔗芽库与其种群更新间的关系提供参考与依据。选取23个常见甘蔗栽培品种,调查其第一年宿根的芽库形态及数量特征。结果表明:参与调查的23个品种的芽形态之间有显著差异,芽数量间的差异主要体现在高位芽的数量上,但低位芽数量的差异不明显。不同甘蔗品种间芽库存在形态及数量上的差异,可作为不同品种种群动态变化预测的参考依据。

| Abstract: | The traits of sugarcane bud bank were analyzed to provide reference and grounds for analysis of relation between the bud bank and population renewal of sugarcane in the field. Twenty three sugarcane varieties were selected to investigate the morphology and quantitative traits of the sugarcane bud bank. The results showed that the 23 sugarcane varieties were significantly different in bud morphology, and different mainly in quantity of higher buds rather than of lower buds. The differences of various sugarcane varieties in morphology and quantity of bud banks could be used as reference for prediction of dynamic changes of populations of different sugarcane varieties. |
