地毯草种质资源耐铝性评价

摘    要:选取相对总二级分枝数比、相对地上部干重比、相对地下部干重比、相对总茎长比、坪用质量、叶片枯黄率6个指标,利用水培法对地毯草进行耐铝鉴定。结果表明,经2.1 mmol/L的铝处理后,不同种质间的生长存在显著(p0.05)或极显著(p0.01)相关,部分指标如相对总二级分枝数比与相对地上部干重比相关性达极显著水平(p0.01);相对地上部干重比与相对地下部干重比、相对总茎长比的相关性达极显著水平(p0.01)(相关系数最高达0.221),与枯黄率相关性达显著水平(p0.05);坪用质量与枯黄率呈显著负相关。不同指标间的的变异系数范围34.1%~78.6%,其中坪用质量变异系数最小(34.1%),而枯黄率变异系数最大(78.6%)。聚类分析结果表明,86份优良品种被分为3大类,即中间型、敏铝型和耐铝型。

Abstract:In this study,Axonopus conpressus was used as the main research object,furthermore,the difference analysis of 86 A.corpressus germplasm from different geographical distribution was realized by means of hydroponics.And six indicators including total number of secondary branches,relative shoot dry weight,relative root dry weight,total stem length,turf quality and leaf firing percentage were selected to identify the aluminum tolerance of A.conpressus.The results showed that there were significant (p<0.05) or very significant (p<0.01) correlation between different A.conpressus germplasms after the treatment of 2.1 mmol/L Al.Some indicators such as the correlation between total number of secondary branches and relative shoot dry weight were highly significant (p< 0.01).The correlation between relative shoot dry weight and relative root dry weight total stem length was highly significant (p<0.01),with the highest correlation coefficient 0.221.Moreover,the correlation between relative shoot dry weight and leaf firing percentage was significant (p<0.05).By contrast,the correlation between turf quality and leaf firing percentage was negatively significant.The range of variable coefficient of different indicators was 34.1%-78.6%,thereinto,the turf quality (34.1%) was the minimum and leaf firing percentage (78.6%) was the maximum.Cluster analysis showed that 86 varieties were divided into three categories,namely intermediate type,aluminum sensitive type and aluminum tolerance type.
