摘    要:将34份果蔗资源依蔗茎颜色分类研究氨基酸等具保健功能在内的主要营养成分。结果表明,3种类型果蔗纤维份含量为7.52%~9.88%,蔗糖分为12.95%~14.55%,出汁率为70.05%~72.23%;其中紫色果蔗纤维分较低,单茎重较重,蔗糖分适中,品质性状良好。三类果蔗的氨基酸总量为349.963~455.965 mg/hg,必需氨基酸含量占总量的16.153%~18.536%,紫色果蔗氨基酸总量最高,且其药效氨基酸分别比黄绿果蔗、绿色果蔗高12.8%、20.8%,γ-氨基丁酸亦分别比黄绿果蔗、绿色果蔗高9.94%、5.49%,精氨酸含量比黄绿果蔗、绿色果蔗高4.01%、6.05%。3种类型果蔗铁含量相当,而紫色果蔗钙含量最高,黄绿果蔗锌含量最高。

Abstract:To provide a scientific basis for further developing and using of chewing cane resources,All 34 chewing cane germplasms were divided into three types by its stem colour.The results showed that the fiber content of the three types of chewing cane was between 7.52% to 9.88%,the sucrose content was between 12.95%-14.55%,and the juice yield was between 70.05% to 72.23%.Purple cane was low in fiber,heavy in stalk weight,and moderate sucrose content.The content of total amino acids of the three types was between 349.963 mg/hg to 455.965 mg/hg,and the content of essential amino acids was between 16.153% to 18.536% in the total amino acids.The content of amino acids of purple canes was the highest,and its drug-effective amino acids was 12.8%,20.8% higher than the yellow green canes and green canes,its Gamma-aminobutyric acid was 9.94%,5.49%,higher than the yellow-green and green respectively,the content of argentine was 4.01% and 6.05% higher than the yellow green canes and green canes.The content of iron was not different in the three groups.The content of calcium was high in purple canes and that of zinc was high in yellow-green canes.
