摘    要:为了缩短钩藤(Uncaria rhynchophylla)育苗出圃周期,提高种苗在运输和栽培中的存活率及药材产量,通过截顶育苗及利用不同光照、施肥方式和种植方式等进行试验。结果表明,采用截顶起苗移栽方式进行育苗,可获根系发达、木质化程度较高的种苗,提高种苗在长途运输过程和栽培过程中的存活率;而在全日照、农家肥适当添加复合肥、双行密植方式的条件下可提高单位面积药材产量。

Abstract:Uncaria rhynchophylla seedlings were raised by truncation and cultivated under different light intensities,fertilizer application and planting pattern to shorten their transplanting time and improve their survival rate of seedlings in transport,and improve cultivation,and improve their production of medicinal materials.The results showed that seedlings raised by truncation,pricking off and transferring were well developed in roots and highly suberized,and hence had a higher survival rate in the long-distance transportation and cultivation,and that the seedlings planted densely at a pattern of double rows,applied with farmyard manure supplemented with compound fertilizer,and cultivated under full sunlight produced higher medicinal materials.
