摘    要:以铁皮石斛试管苗为材料,研究不同光质下铁皮石斛磷酸烯醇式丙酮酸羧化酶(PEPC)和多糖积累的差异。结果表明:红、蓝和绿3种光质下多糖含量、PEPC活性和PEPC基因表达量变化趋势基本一致,表现为红光蓝光绿光;在白光下则出现显著差异,呈现出基因表达量低、酶活性高、多糖含量高的特征,显示出光质对光合代谢调控的复杂性。

Abstract:The effects of light quality on polysaccharide accumulation,PEPC activities and PEPC gene expression were investigated in Dendrobium officinale.The results showed that the change trends of PEPC activities,polysaccharide contents and PEPC expression levels were consistent in the descending order red light,blue light,reen light,whereas they appeared significantly different in the white light,showing lower PEPC gene expression-level,higher PEPC activities,and more polysaccharide accumulation,which implied the complexity of the regulation of different light quality on the photosynthetic metabolism.
