摘    要:对槟榔茎基腐病的病原菌进行种类鉴定和致病性测定,并对其进行生物学特性测定。形态观察和ITS序列分析结果表明,病原菌为狭长孢灵芝[Ganoderma boninense Pat.]。生物学特性测定结果表明,28℃、pH5~7、连续黑暗、蔗糖、大豆蛋白胨或酵母浸膏是菌丝生长最适条件。

Abstract:Identification and biological characteristics of the pathogen from the basal stem rot disease in arecanut was reported in this study.The fungus was isolated from an infected arecanut tree in Linshui,Hainan Province.According to the observtion of the basidiocarp of the pathogen morphology and microstructure,the pathogen was identified as Ganoderma boninense Pat..Biological characteristics tests shown that 28 ℃,pH 5~7,continuous darkness,sucrose,soya peptone and yeast extract were the optimum growth conditions for mycelia.
