甘蓝型油菜桔红花色恢复系R18的遗传分析

摘    要:从1994 年起,通过杂交、回交、测交等方法,对CMS恢复系选育后代中出现的具有桔红花色的变异株R18 进行了遗传分析。结果表明,该变异株系的桔红花色性状属于隐性突变,受2 对隐性核基因控制,其花色性状能随配子有性传递,但携有隐性桔红花色基因的雄配子生活力较低,在各花色分离世代中,桔红花色分离株低于理论预测值。由于该材料的桔红花色能够稳定遗传,性状特征明显,可作为恢复系纯度鉴别的理想标记性状。

Abstract:R18 is a special restore line which originated from a variant plant in the progeny of complex cross involving Polima CMS system. The orange flower in this line is easy to distinguish from the yellow flower in the other varieties and could therefore be used as a marked character. Studies showed that the orange flower character is controlled by two pairs of recessive gene. The plants with orange flower are less than the expected in the generations segregating for flower colour which means the viability of the recessive gametes is poorer than the dominant ones.
