摘    要:通过对2x、3x、4x杨桃的叶片相对电渗率、光合作用速率、叶绿素含量的测定表明,3x杨桃的抗寒性显著强于4x和2x杨桃,而2x、4x杨桃的耐热性较强且差异不大;2x杨桃光合作用速率最低,其次为3x杨桃,4x杨桃相对最高;3x杨桃的叶绿素含量最高,2x杨桃的含量最低。

Abstract:Experiment was carried out to determine the leaf electrolyte leakage, photosynthesis speed and chlorophyll content of carambola with different ploids, the results showed that triploid carambola had more strong chilling resistance than carambola with tetraploid and diploid, and there was no different in heat tolerance between tetraploid and diploid carambola. Besides, different ploid carambola had the different photosynthesis speed, the tetraploid was the highest, then following the triploid and diploid. triploid carambola had the highest chlorophyll content while the diploid had the lowest.
