角毛藻对营养盐的吸收/释放速率常数的测定

摘    要:采用1次培养的实验方法,测定了角毛藻对氮、磷等营养盐的吸收情况,并根据王修林等提出的生态动力学模型,测定了该藻种对营养盐吸收/释放的动力学参数。其中,对NO^-3的吸收速率常数和释放速率常数分别为0.42/d和0.15/d,对PO^3-4的吸收速率常数和释放速率常数分别为1.72d和0.77/d。这表明,角毛藻对PO^3-4的吸收和释放均大于NO^-3.

Abstract:Uptake and release of nutrients by Chaetoceros sp. were studied by using batch culture method in the laboratory. Based on the ecological kinetic model for uptake and release of nutrient by phytoplankton developed by Wang et al., the kinetic parameters were determined. The uptake and release rate constants were 0.42 d -1 and 0.15 d -1 for nitrate respectively, while 1.72 d -1 and 0 77 d -1 for phosphorus. It suggests that the kinetic parameters of phosphorus are higher than those of nitrate.
