茶树扦插繁育综合技术研究

摘    要:选用适宜西南茶区种植的名优绿茶良种早白尖5号、南江1号、渝茶一号为试验材料,按照4因素3水平正交试验设计进行短穗扦插繁育试验。结果表明,茶树品种间发根能力强弱顺序为早白尖5号>南江1号>渝茶一号,茶苗出圃率顺序为早白尖5号>渝茶一号>南江1号。配套综合扦插技术早白尖5号宜采用扦插土消毒、苗床遮荫、促根剂处理插穗、地膜覆盖,南江1号宜采用扦插土消毒、苗床遮荫、覆盖50cm高的天膜,渝茶一号宜采用扦插土消毒、苗床遮荫、促根剂处理插穗。

Abstract:The improved tea varieties of Zaobaijian 5,Nanjiang 1 and Yu-tea 1 have been used in a short shoot cutting trial with a 4 factors and 3 levels orthogonal design.The results show that,in the term of rooting ability,Zaobaijian 5 is stronger than Nanjiang 1,which in turn stronger than Yu-tea 1.As far as the readiness for sales of nursery tree is mentioned,Zaobaijian 5 is earlier than Yu-tea 1 which in turn earlier than Nanjiang 1.As for comprehensive cutting technology,it is better to treat Zaobaijian 5 with soil sterilization,shading,root promoting agent and plastic film mulch,treat Nanjiang 1 with soil sterilization,shading,plastic film cover at 50cm high and treat Yu-tea 1 with soil sterilization,shading,root promoting agent,etc.
