不同授粉时期对温敏两系水稻杂交结实率的影响

摘    要: 为提高温敏两系水稻的杂交结实率,1999年2月在海南省三亚对不育系抽穗后剪颖分期授粉研究结果表明,不育系剪颖后第3 d授粉,杂交结实率最高,达79.4%;以后渐次递减,不育系剪颖后第12 d授粉,杂交结实率仅有1.2%。因此,温敏两系杂交稻的制杂最佳授粉时间为:母本剪颖后第2 d至第5 d中的任何一天授粉,可保证杂交结实率在60%以上,其中以第3 d或第4 d授粉,杂交结实效果较好。

Abstract:Preliminary research on effect of hybridization seed setting rate in rice thermo sensitive genic male sterile( TGMS ) line showed that the highest hybridization seed setting rate was 79 4 percent, pollinated on the third day afterheading After this stage, the hybridization seed setting rate were declining, the lowest hybridization seed setting rate was only 1 2 percent, pollinated on the twelveth day From these results, we can draw a conclusion that the best time of hybridization pollination for seed production of thermo sensitive genic male sterile(TGMS) line rice were from the second to fifth day after heading, during these days the hybridization seed setting rate could be above 60 percent Pollinated on the third or fourth day, seed setting rate was the best
