| 摘 要： | 本文根据黄土高原地区治理的长远计划和远景发展目标,通过总结历史经验和失败教训,针对黄土高原地区水土流失严重的实际情况,对生态环境恢复与重建的综合措施(包括工程措施、生物措施、耕作措施和农业措施)在黄土高原地区推广、应用效果及其前景进行了综合分析,提出了黄土高原地区水土保持与生态环境恢复和重建的具体对策,为决策部门提供科学依据。 |

| Abstract: | Based on the long-term management plan of loess plateau,integrated measures of restoration and reconstruction of ecological environment(including engineering measures,biology measures,cultivable measures and agricultural measures)were put forward according to the practical instance of srious soil erosion at loess plateau.At the same time,the extension,applying reaults and perspectives in measured of loess plateau integrated were analyzed by summarizing historical experence and lessons.Some countermeasure of ecological environment restporation and reconstruction at loess plateau were brought forward,which would provide scientific bases to decision-making department. |
