鸵鸟种蛋孵化率影响因素研究

研究了对鸵鸟种蛋孵化率的各种影响因素，结果表明，黄河流域5，6，7，10，11月份入孵的种蛋孵化率高于其他几个月份，变温孵化优于恒温孵化，可提高孵化率6.63，福尔马林熏蒸消毒比消毒液水洗效果好，可提高孵化率3.21%，蛋重1200-1700g的种蛋受精率和孵化率校高，超过2000g和低于1000g的种蛋很难孵化成功，蛋形指数以0.83最为理想，种蛋存放时间以6d为好，存放时间越长，孵化率越低。

Study on the factros affecting incubation ratio of ostrich eggs

A study was conducted on the factors affecting incubation ratio of ostrich eggs.The main results show:The incubation ratio of eggs which hatch in May, June, July, Octobor and Nouember is higher than that of eggs hatchingin the other months in a year in the Yellow Rever valler.The poikilothermal incubation is superior to homoiothermal its incubation ratio can be raised by 6.63%. The effect of fumigation with formalin is superior to that of washing with disnfectant,its incubation ratio can be raised by 3.21%. The fertilization ratio and incubation ratio of the eggs which weight from 1 200 g to 1 700 g are higher, the eggs which weigh over 2 000 g or lower than 1 000 g can hardly incubate successfully. The ideal egg form index is 0.83.The optimal time for laying eggs aside is 6 d, the longer the eggs are laid aside,the lower the incubation ratio is.
