摘    要:旨在探讨中国小麦生产中主要问题。以中国主要粮食作物——小麦为研究对象,中国小麦生产近年来有了长足的发展,单产、总产都有了质的飞跃。在中国小麦生产过程中,随着小麦单产水平的提高,形成了对化肥过分依赖;宝贵的作物秸秆成了农业废弃物,成为农业面源污染源,以及化肥的不合理利用,导致水体富营养化和硝酸盐污染,带来了对环境的污染和破坏,还导致土壤酸化和结构的破坏;同时因地下水资源的过度开采导致地下水位持续下降,这些问题严重地制约了中国小麦生产。为此提出了相应对策,才能促进中国小麦生产可持续发展。

The Discussion of Several Issues Concerning About Wheat Production in China

Abstract:Some issues of Chinese wheat production were discussed in the paper. Wheat is the staple food cropin China, is taken as the research object. Wheat production has made great progress in recent year, the yieldlevel, total output have been developed by leaps and bounds. However, with the level of wheat yields raising,the over-reliance on chemical fertilizer was formed, during Chinese wheat production process. At the sametime, the valuable crop stalks not only turned into the agricultural waste, but also became the nonpoint sourcepollution. The chemical fertilizers was irrational use, leading to eutrophication and nitrate pollution of waterbody, and bringing pollution and damage to the environment, and led to the destruction of soil structure andsoil acidification. The groundwater resources were over-exploitation, the groundwater levels were declined.The Chinese wheat production was severely restricted by these problems. Some countermeasures wereproposed in this paper, in order to promote the sustainable development of Chinese wheat production.
