射流式自吸离心泵的试验研究

摘    要:论述了射流式自吸离心泵的结构及工作原理,在压水室内的第六断面处设有回流孔、碟阀,射流器系统与吸入口形成液体自循环。泵运转时,不仅可以完成自吸过程,而且可以将自循环射流器上的阀门关闭,射流器同时停止工作,因此:泵的效率提高了3~5%%以上。给出了系列射流式离心泵的性能试验结果;效率比国家标准规定效率提高5.3~8.9%,自吸时间比标准的规定值缩短5~53s,重量比原传统自吸离心泵平均减轻15.8%,该系列射流式自吸离心泵的研究是成功的。

Abstract:The structure and the working principle of the self--priming centrifugal pump of jet flow are elaborated. At the section No. 6 of the surge chamber, a back--flow hole and valve are devised to form a liquid self-circulation system between the jet flow system and the suction. When the pump starts working, the self-priming process can be achieved, and the valve of water-ejecting will be shut off automatically to stop the working of jet flow system simultaneously. Compared with the traditional self-priming centrifugal pump, the efficiency of this type has been raised by 3-5%. The experimental results for a series of the jet pumps show that the efficiency has been raised by 5.3-8. 9% higher; the self priming time has been shortened by 5-53s than the national standards; The weight has been lowered by 15.8% than traditional types on the average. The research of this series of pump is successful.
