摘    要:真核生物mRNA差异显示技术自1992年建立以来,经过不断的改进与完善已经成为分子生物学领域的重要技术平台之一,为基因的差异表达及表达基因的克隆研究提供了强有力的工具。本文主要对mRNA差异显示技术的原理、优缺点及其近年来的改进与发展进行了介绍和评述。

Abstract:Since established in 1992, Eukaryotic mRNA differential display has been modified a lot and has become one of the most important molecular biotechniques, which provided a powerful method to identify and clone differentially expressed genes. In this paper, the principle, advantages, disadvantages as well as recent development of this technique were briefly introduced.
