| Abstract: | It becomes increasingly important for the rational human resources management of university libraries in universities' functions.The paper has expounded on the issues of the current situation,existing problems in human resources management in 15 university libraries in Hebei Province,and analyzed the corresponding measures of human resources management based on the above-mentioned aspects. |
